Lichtenberger Punches Back

Back in control
Back in control

First, Andrew Lichtenberger raised to 50,000 on the button and Dan Casetta called. After a flop of {Q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}, Casetta led out with a bet of 85,000. Lichtenberger raised to 230,000 and won the pot.

On the next hand, Casetta raised his button, making it 60,000 to go. Lichtenberger reraised to 165,000. Casetta moved all in and then Lichtenberger snapped.

"I learned this move from Joe Cada," commented Casetta.

Lichtenberger held the {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Casetta the {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. The board ran out {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Lichtenberger earned the double up. He was all in for 1.049 million and now is back in the lead with 2.1 million to Casetta's 1.65 million.
