From the button, Jake Toole shoved the 109,000 chips he had all into the middle. That was a problem, as small blind Michael Rocco woke up with 
and made the call with his covering stack.
Things would get a bit better for Toole as the 
flop gave him an open-ender to work with. The turn 
was no help, but the river 
was right in Mr. Toole's neighborhood. It makes his straight to the ten, and the mighty ten-seven earns him the double.
