Tip the Dealer
An unknown player moved all in after the flop in a multi-way pot. All of his opponents folded and he asked, "Do you want to see?" Of course the table did and the man said, "Tip the dealer five dollars."
The player directly to his left pulled out a wad of cash and pulled out a $20 bill. The player who had moved all in gave the man change and then told the dealer to keep the entire $20 (meaning he tipped her $15 on top). He promptly showed pocket sixes for a flopped set and everyone was happy.
