Blair Hinkle opened for 40,000 from middle position only to have Mark Bonsack three-bet to 95,000 from the hijack. Action then folded to Tim Hughes in the big blind and he four-bet all in for 595,000. Hinkle quickly got out of the way, and after thinking about it for a minute, Bonsack did the same.
