Cheng-Wei Yin Eliminated

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Cheng-Wei Yin will not be winning the gold WSOP Circuit Ring this year. The Belgian, who's a fixture in Casino de Marrakech, got his last 22,000 in with {J-}{J-}. His opponent Pablos had an easy call with {A-}{A-} and five blanks later, Yin was on the rail to tell his friends the bad news.

Van Driessche Doubles Through Reard

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Alexandre Reard was one of the early chipleaders of the day, but things have been going rapidly south after the dinner break for the Frenchman. Just moments ago he doubled up Clement van Driessche and slipped below the 100,000 mark for the first time since level 2.

On the {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop, Van Driessche bet 6,000 and Sebastian Compte called. Reard check-raised to 23,000, Van Driessche shoved for 26,600, Compte folded and Reard called the few extra chips.

Clement van Driessche: {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Alexandre Reard: {Q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

Van Driessche's kicker held up after the {2-Hearts} turn and {8-Clubs} river, giving him a much-needed double-up.

Fernandez Wins The Classic Flip

Level 10 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

With {A-}{K-}, Fernandez was up against a player with {Q-}{Q-} for a pot of 60,000. A king on the flop sealed it for Fernandez, and his smiling opponent handled his loss graciously as he left the poker pit.
