Pablos Knocks One Out

Level 9 : 400/800, 100 ante

Pablos and Mickael [Removed:250] got their chips preflop in the middle. [Removed:250], the short stack, was at risk with {A-Clubs}{7-Spades} against {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs} and needed to improve to stay alive.

Even with the favorable odds, Pablos yelled "Queen! Queen! Queen!". The flop came down {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Pablos kept chanting for his card. The {Q-Spades} on the turn delivered a very audible "Queen!" from Pablos, securing the hand for him.

The Spanish player is now up to 100,000 as we head into the dinner break.

Pamela Graffouillere Eliminated

Level 9 : 400/800, 100 ante

Preflop, Pamela Graffouillere had three-bet to 3,700 and got no less than three callers. On the {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop, Graffouillere bet 10,000 and called off her remaining stack of 35,000 when Tarek Bouchenna shoved all in.

Graffouillere held {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}, but unfortunately for her Bouchenna had flopped a set with {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. Neither the {10-Spades} turn nor {9-Clubs} river helped her, and she was eliminated.
