Marek Tatar vs Piotr Brodzik

With the board reading Piotr Brodzik had bet 10,000 into a pot of around 8,000. Our Czech colleagues informed us that Marek Tatar had made a continuation bet on the flop and Brodzik called. On the turn Brodzik bet out, Tatar raised and Brodzik called.

Tatar was in a quandary. "I have one pair," he said, playing with his cards. "But maybe you missed this?" he said as he pointed to the two clubs on the board.

"I don't think so," replied Brodzik.

"No?" continued Tatar, "I think you deserve it," he said as he held the two blue 5,000-value chips in his hand. He eventually folded.
