Michael Esquivel opened for 32,000 on the button and Brett Apter three-bet to 132,000 from the small blind. James Pupillo tossed his hand into the muck from the big blind and Esquivel called after getting a confirmed amount.
The flop fell 
and Apter lead out for 78,000. Esquivel popped it to 228,000 and after a minute or so of some glares, Apter mucked his hand.
