Both players checked the {7-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop, and the big blind bet 8,000 on the {k-Hearts} turn. Reichard called.

The big blind checked the {a-Clubs} river, and Reichard cut out a bet of 22,500 and placed it in the pot. The big blind didn't take long to fold.

Shin checked the {j-Hearts} river, and Vang bet 26,500. Shin tanked for a minute before making the call, only to muck after Vang tabled {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for Broadway.

Frank Cerminara raised to 6,500 from the hijack, and Keven Stammen called in the small blind.

Both players checked the {6-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{j-Spades} flop, and Stammen bet 10,000 on the {4-Hearts} turn. Cerminara called.

Stammen bet 20,000 on the {k-Hearts} river, and Cerminara called. Stammen tabled {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a busted flush draw, while Cerminara held {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} for kings and jacks and the winner.

"Hea-ter. Heater!" Rob Wazwaz said to a smiling Cerminara as he stacked up his chips.

Hawkins Falls to Defending Champ Hudson

Maurice Hawkins was seen standing up and leaving the tournament area, and a board of {9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{a-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} was on the felt. According to Hawkins' opponent in the hand, Michael Hudson, Hawkins had jammed for his last 72,000 on the river with {a-}{3-}, and Hudson made the call with his {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}. Hudson's flush was best and Hawkins was felted just shy of a Day 2 bag.

Maahs checked again on the {k-Diamonds} turn, and Gao bet 13,000. Maahs check-raised all in, and Gao called off his last 46,000.
