Tran Over 200K

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
JC Tran
JC Tran

JC Tran opened to 2,700 and action folded around to Brett Murray, who defended his big blind. The flop came {7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Murray checked. Tran made a continuation-bet of 3,000 and Murray announced a check-raise to 9,500, which Tran called.

Both players checked the turn {6-Hearts} to bring the river {9-Hearts}, where Murray checked again. Tran threw out a bet of 21,000, sending Murray into the tank. After about 100 seconds, he called.

Tran tabled {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and Murray sent his cards into the muck.

"Stupid river. Stupid runout," Murray said as the dealer shipped Tran the pot. "Agh! Nice hand," he added.
