After about 40 seconds, Coulombe raised to 5,500. Harvey now found himself with a decision to make, and it proved to be a tough one as he spent about two minutes thinking over everything. With several T5,000 chips in one hand and his cards in the other, he took his cards and sent them forward, giving up contention as Coulombe took down the pot.
The first 40 minutes of play have been completed and the field size has grown to seven. There was also a recent announcement about a satellite having just finished, meaning more players are expected to join in the near future. When a second table is needed, a full redraw will take place in order to ensure fairness across the field.
