Houra Doubles with Kings

Level 18 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Ondrej Houra saw Dominik Arnold bet 125,000 in a {3-Hearts}{j-Spades}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs} board on the turn and he immediately announced all in. Arnold asked for a count on Houra's stack and the dealer counted 255,000 chips.

Arnold tanked for about two minutes and made the call, with Houra opening quickly his {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} on the table. Arnold looked disappointed as he opened {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a smaller pair, looking for just a ten to send his opponent to the rail.

The {9-Diamonds} on the river didn't help him and Houra built a big stack after this hand.

Rago Continues to Rise

Level 18 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Giuseppe Rago managed to find a big double up, on a {5-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades} board, where he had shoved for 115,000 in a 160,000 pot. Han Kuo was against him and he finally called after almost three minutes in the tank.

Giuseppe Rago: {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Han Kuo: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Rago was ahead with the flopped two pair and he needed to fade the three remaining kings of the deck to stay alive. The {2-Spades} on the river was safe for him and he hit the table hard with his hand to celebrate the win.

Vlach Loses Some to Behor

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Yehonatan Behor opened from the middle position and Vaclav Vlach three-bet from the button, essentially putting his opponent all-in. The rest of the players got out of the hand and Behor was thinking, when Vlach informed him "You shouldn't call". Behor asked why and called anyway with the two players opening their cards.

Yehonatan Behor: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Vaclav Vlach: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} with Behor doubling up, while Vlach suffered a small hit in his stack.

Vlach Takes Herz Down

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Dragan Dunaic raised to 8,000 from the hijack and Ivan Herz shoved for 84,500 in the cutoff. Vaclav Vlach made the call from the small blind and Guido Presti quickly folded his big blind. Dunaic confirmed if Vlach had called and then decided to fold.

Ivan Herz: {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}
Vaclav Vlach: {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The board ran out {7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades} for Vlach to hit the river for a pair of eights to eliminate Herz.

Vrakas Catapults with Massive Bluff

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Georgios Vrakas was found in a huge pot on the river, containing around 240,000 chips. He was all in from middle position for 150,000 with the board showing {8-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Friedrich Raz on the button was his opponent, who was having a hard time thinking about to call or not. He spent a lot of minutes in the tank, putting out of his stack the required chips for the call and Vrakas asked for the clock.

The tournament director appeared on the table and started counting, with Raz finally folding his hand after 30 seconds into the clock. A loud "Yes" came out of Vrakas' mouth, who opened {a-Spades}{q-Spades} for a massive bluff that gave him a big pot. Raz said that he folded ace-king but none of his cards were shown.

Vrakas is up to 400,000 with this pot, getting him into the top ten biggest stacks in the field.
