Walter Busts A Second Time

Level 8 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Viktor Walter
Viktor Walter

Viktor Walter was already on a reentry but just lost his second batch of 100,000 chips as well. Perpetrator was Jakob Miegel this time, who opened on the button and called a reshove from Walter out of the big blind.

Viktor Walter: {a-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Jakob Miegel: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The dealer fanned out {9-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{3-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades} to send Walter to the rail for the second time today. He's got a few minutes left to reenter as late registration will close after this level.

Kabrhel There and Back Again

Level 7 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Shortly after waving the white flag to Anton Morgenstern, Martin Kabrhel lost the remainder of his stack to Ertan Aldikacti. In a blind on blind battle, Kabrhel got it in for around 40,000 and Aldikacti had him covered.

Martin Kabrhel: {k-Spades}{7-Spades}
Ertan Aldikatci: {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

It was over by the turn on {3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and Karbhel instantly bought himself back in.

Morgenstern Raises the River

The board was already completed with {9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} and Martin Kabrhel had two 5k chips in front of him. It was a small bet in relation to the pot of around 50,000. Anton Morgenstern raised it up to 56,000 and an unusually quiet Kabrhel went deep in the tank.

It appeared as if Kabrhel was going fully silent for a moment, but eventually, he did start to chat up his German adversary. "Anton, what's up," he grinned, followed by the usual Kabrhel antics. The Czech motormouth took about thirty seconds before settling on a fold, claiming aces. Morgenstern didn't show and scooped up the pot.
