Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Michael Rossitto
Michael Rossitto

The flop was showing 60% of a royal flush with {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} on the flop. Craig Varnell bet 36,000 which Michael Rossitto called quickly.

The turn was the {6-Spades}. Varnell moved all in for his remaining 106,000. Rossitto went into the tank to consider the shove. After about 30 seconds he called.

Varnell was ahead with two pair holding the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}, while Rossitto had the {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}. The river would send Varnell home in rough fashion as the board paired when the {j-Diamonds} rolled off to give Rossitto the better two pair and move his stack higher.

Baldwin Busts Opponent With Two Pair Drama

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Tan Eliminates Song on Bombastic Last Hand Before Break

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Longsheng Tan
Longsheng Tan

After every other table had gone off to break a big hand was developing on the middle table.

Action was retold after the hand was over. From the cutoff, Stephen Song raised, Longsheng Tan three-bet from the button, Song then four-bet and Tan flat called.

The flop came {3-Hearts}{6-Spades}{k-Spades}. Song bet and Tan called.

The turn was the {3-Spades}. Song slowed down and checked. Tan jammed all in, to which Song called after a few moments.

Song had {q-}{q-} while Tan had the best of if with the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. The river came the {2-Hearts} and just like that Song was gone and Tan continued to suck all the chips in the room into his vortex.
