Vieira Leaps into Chip Lead

Level 30 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

Jan-Martin "Olegent" Madsen opened the betting from under the gun with a raise to 20,000. Joao Vieira made the call from the cutoff and the rest of the table got out of the way.

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Madsen led out for 30,063. Vieira shoved for 690,189 and Madsen made the call for their last 166,570. Vieira turned over {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for the flush draw and Madsen had {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for top pair.

The turn was {6-Diamonds} to bring the flush home for Vieira and the {3-Clubs} river was of no consequence as Madsen was knocked out of the tournament while Vieira chipped into the lead with the big pot.

Lofberg Hits a Big Flush

Level 28 : 3,500/7,000, 850 ante

Simon Lofberg opened with a raise to 14,700 from middle position. Niklas Astedt made the call from the button and Shachar "Dresschaser" Haran came along from the big blind.
