Dula Jams Up His Stack

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

A large pot of 55,000 in multi-way action developed in the final hand before the break and Ana Maria Iordache had already folded when the turn showed {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{q-Spades}. Dalibor Dula was all-in for 49,800 in the small blind and Michael Roe was in the tank on the button. After three minutes, the clock was called on Roe and his 30 seconds ran down as he opted to fold the {a-Hearts} face-up.

Iordache had asked the dealer to reveal her cards after the end of the hand, which happened to be the {6-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Dula raked in the pot without showing anything while Roe added "I figured one of you had the flush draw, nice hand," in table chat to Dula.

Do Tran raised to 800 and Emil Bise flat-called for Nedin Musa to then three-bet to 5,100 on the button. Tran called with the words "no gamble, no future" while Bise exclaimed to fold for "the first time today".

The {j-Hearts}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop was checked through and Tran also checked the {5-Hearts} on the turn. Musa now bet 8,100 and Tran's shove for around 21,300 forced a snap-fold.

Nanchev Doubles Through Lugmayr

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Three ways to the {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{k-Clubs} river, Aleksandar Nanchev checked out of the small blind. Michael Lugmayr then bet 7,000 and Michael Pulvermueller called in the cutoff. Nanchev check-jammed for 25,500 and Lugmayr flat-called for Pulvermueller to get out of the way.

The {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the nut flush were revealed by Nanchev and Lugmayr mucked the {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for the second nut flush.

Assorted Counts in the Field

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Jason Wheeler chipped up without any major resistance and was then spotted in a heads-up pot with Ilaria Divella. Wheeler bet the {5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} turn for 3,600 and Divella raised to 11,000 in order to force a fold from Wheeler, who remains a big stack with two times as many chips as he started with.

Fischer Chips Up Without Showdown

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Sebastian Ulrich raised to 1,000 and was called by Dragoljub Martinovic from one seat over. Nourri Sebaa then three-bet only for Andreas Fischer to four-bet to 14,000 in total. Ulrich and Martinovic folded and Sebaa called. The duo headed to the {j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop on which Sebaa checked. Fischer made it 18,000 to go and that was all it took to claim the pot uncontested.

Mothes Chips Up; Kalkan Chips Down

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

The dealer had just rushed away the board and Pierre Mothes was shipped a seizable pot even though his {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} was only good enough for ace-king high on a queen-high board.

According to Mothes, he had three-bet preflop and continued for 2,500 on a {q-}{8-}{3-} flop with two spades. His opponent raised to 7,500 and Mothes called. The {8-Clubs} turn was checked and Mothes called a bet worth 17,000 on the {5-} river to get shown {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a bluff gone wrong.

While Mothes chipped up, the trend for Ismail Kalkan went into the exact opposite direction. Facing the shove by Patricke Zehnder on the {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Spades}{5-Spades} river, Kalkan reluctantly folded and was shown the {10-Clubs}{10-Spades} for a set of tens.

Oezkacar Cautiously Folds Big Slick

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

Yusuf Oezkacar faced a pre-flop all in shove from Michael Roe for 45,000 chips. Oezkacar counted out the calling chips which would have left him with 10,000 behind.

Oezkacar stood up with chips in hand to gauge a reaction from his opponent. The floor was called for the clock, with ten seconds left Oezkacar open folded {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} looking to find a better spot later in the competition.
