Karaarslan Loses Another Bunch of Chips.

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Feyzullah Karaarslan opened from under the gun with the {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} and Simone Andrian came along out of the big blind with {j-Spades}{8-Spades}. Andrian check-called the {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop and the {j-Diamonds} turn was checked by both.

Andrian bet the {6-Hearts} river for 600,000 into 1.1 million and Karaarslan gave his table neighbour a stare down before letting go.

Tran Flops a Wheel

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Simone Andrian opened to 200,000 with the {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} from under the gun and Do Tran glanced at {a-Spades}{4-Diamonds} in the big blind. He started brief table talk and flat-called to see the {5-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop for the wheel.

Tran checked and Andrian bet 100,000 in order to receive a check-call. After the {a-Clubs} turn, Tran checked and so did Andrian. Tran also knuckled the {q-Diamonds} river and Andrian checked back to get shown the bad news on the final table bubble.

Chaitas Doubles Through Ugucctoni

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Ioannis Chaitas jammed it in for the final 520,000 in the cutoff and the action folded to Michael Ugucctoni, who made the call from the big blind.

Ioannis Chaitas: {a-Spades}{9-Spades}
Michael Ugucctoni: {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

When the board ran out {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, Chaitas exclaimed "bad beat" but only then noticed he made the straight for the double.

Over on the outer table, Michael Ugucctoni had chipped up without showdown to pull ahead of Martin Paap. Both were then in the blinds and Paap opted to jam for what appeared to be around 1.4 million, which Ugucctoni called.

Martin Paap: {a-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Michael Ugucctoni: {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

Paap had a huge double draw on the {7-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades} flop but came up blank on the {9-Diamonds} turn and {2-Hearts} river to bow out in 11th place. That comes with a payday of €14,279 and the €10,300 WSOPE Main Event ticket.

Tomovic Pulls Ahead of Karaarslan

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Aleksandar Tomovic raised with the {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} and was called by Feyzullah Karaarslan in the big blind with the {k-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. The flop brought {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop and subsequently check-raised from 125,000 to 325,000 for Tomovic to call with the top set.

After the {2-Spades} turn, Karaarslan bet another 500,000 to earn a call and gave up on the {3-Clubs} river. His check was followed by a Tomovic bet and the fold was the logical consequence.

Lemmens Jams Into Ugucctoni

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Ronnie Lemmens raised to 175,000 from under the gun and Michael Ugucctoni called on the button. Both checked the {7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop and the {q-Diamonds} followed on the turn. Lemmens now bet 135,000 and Ugucctoni raised to 600,000.

Another twist awaited as Lemmens made it 1,300,000 to go and his opponent called. The {2-Hearts} river had barely appeared when Lemmens already jammed for 1.4 million effective. Ugucctoni gave it some thought and folded.

Tran Catches Chochola Bluffing

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Do Tran opened to 160,000 with the {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} and Roman Chochola flat-called on the button with the {7-Spades}{5-Spades}, as did Aleksandar Tomovic with the {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} behind. The {10-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop was checked by Tomovic and Tran bet 250,000, Chochola called and Tomovic folded.

Both players then checked the {k-Clubs} turn and Tran also checked the {4-Hearts} on the river. Chochola opted for a bet worth 350,000 and Tran flicked in calling chips after some consideration.
