Aboudi Eliminated in Three-Way All-In

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Ido Aboudi
Ido Aboudi

Ido Aboudi was all-in for the last 200,000 and Natale Allegra then reraised to 425,000. Samuel Tebege pushed over the top from one seat over and Allegra called all-in with the slightly inferior stack.

Ido Aboudi: {q-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Natale Allegra: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Samuel Tebege: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

The kings prevailed thanks to the {q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{4-Spades}{j-Clubs} board and Aboudi was eliminated in 25th place to set up the final three tables.

More Double Up Galore on Outer Tables

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Georgios Tsouloftas had Uwe Mauerhoff at risk with {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs} versus {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades} but the {k-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{q-Diamonds} board kept Mauerhoff still in contention.

Shortly after, Tsouloftas also got it in with the {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} only to see Radu Pitic turn over {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. An unusual "vamos" by the Romanian followed on the {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{a-Spades} board as the next short stack doubled.

Elias Abou Saleh flipped with {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} against the {a-Spades}{q-Spades} of David Hu and doubled for 655,000 thanks to a {6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} board.

Only Sirigu Departs After Three All-In Showdowns

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Andrea Sirigu
Andrea Sirigu

Ido Aboudi got his short stack in with the {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Marek Blasko woke up with the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} in the small blind. The [Ag7c3d8s9s] board ensured the double up of Blasko for 320,000 to leave Aboudi short.

He then tripled up for the rest of it with ace-eight.

At the same time, Vojtech Ruzicka raised to 100,000 and Uwe Mauerhoff called in the small blind. Andrea Sirigu jammed for 125,000 in the big blind and was called both ways.

The {10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop was checked and Mauerhoff check-folded the {10-Clubs} turn to a bet worth 85,000 by Ruzicka.

Andrea Sirigu: {q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
Vojtech Ruzicka: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The {3-Spades} river knocked the Italian out in 26th place.

Break With 26 Players Remaining

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

The last 26 players have been sent on an extended 30-minute break and it seems very unlikely that the final table will be reached today. Tournament staff has mentioned earlier that they may play up to nine levels or down to the last 16 contenders.

So far, six levels have been completed.

More for Hu and Allegra

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

On the heads-up turn of {8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, Dorian Melchers and David Hu invested 150,000 each and the {a-Diamonds} river slowed down as both opted to check. Hu had the best of it this time with the {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and leaped further ahead.

One table over, Marek Blasko raised to 80,000 and Natale Allegra three-bet to 215,000 in the big blind. Blasko tanked for a while and folded, to which Allegra insisted they'd reveal their cards as he wasn't bluffing.

Allegra showed the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} and Blasko showed {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a brief second.

Pitic Doubles Through Sirigu

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Sergiu Covrig opened the action with a raise to 80,000. Andrea Sirigu jammed his short stack on the button and Radu Pitic called all-in for 230,000 and Covrig folded.

Radu Pitic: {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Andrea Sirigu: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Pitic told his Romanian rail about the flip and a small crowd gathered around the table in the poker arena. The {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Spades}{q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} board gave Pitic a set for the double and left Sirigu short once more.
