Blouin-Verroeulst got out of the way leaving both Staples and Billard at risk against Ho.

Billard was in a great spot to nearly triple up with pocket queens against two opponents with ace-king until the 2♣10♣A♥ flop gave both Ho and Staples top pair. The 8♠ turn changed nothing but the Q♦ river gave Billard a set of queens to send Staples to the rail and take down a gargantuan pot while Ho was left with a little over ten big blinds.
