Kevin Rivest opened to 35,000 from early position, Wenping Chen moved all in from the big blind and Rivest, whose stack of 379,000 was covered, made the call and was at risk.

Rivest had the best of it preflop with a bigger ace and remained ahead on the 4♥3♣7♠K♠4♠ runout to score a full double up while Chen was left with roughly ten big blinds.

With two players seeing a board of 7♠2♣9♥ and roughly 90,000 in the middle, Jaime Staples checked in the big blind and Anoop Jugurnath bet 45,000 from the button. Staples check-raised to 95,000 and Jugurnath made the call.
Staples bet 80,000 on the 6♣ turn and was once again called by Jugurnath.
On the 6♥ river Staples slowed down with a check. Jugurnath moved all in, covering Staples who had a bit under 200,000 behind and Staples' hand hit the muck.

The flop came A♦2♠7♠ and Jugurnath check-called a 15,000 continuation bet from Morkos.
Jugurnath checked again on the J♥ turn and Morkos sized up with a bet of 140,000. This time Jugurnath opted to fold and Morkos took the pot without showdown.

The flop came K♠5♦3♦ and Billard check-called a 30,000 continuation bet from Liu.
Billard checked again on the 2♥ turn and Liu bet 175,000 which was enough to force a fold from Billard.
