The dealer fanned a flop of 2♦5♣8♥ and the small blind led out for 3,000. Apicella was the only one to call.
Both players checked the Q♠ leading to the 3♠ river where the small blind bet 4,000. Apicella eventually made the call, but lost to his opponent's 9♠9♣.
