One Ace Too Many

After seeing a flop of {Q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{3-Spades} Tony G hadn't acted before the dealer turned the {Q-Hearts}. The floor was called and it was decided the {Q-Hearts} would be reshuffled into the deck and a new turn card dealt. That card turned out to be the {A-Spades}, and Tony made a 1,300 bet, which his opponent called. The river was...the {Q-Spades}, putting three spades on the board. The other player bet, Tony G called and turned over the {A-Clubs}{4-Clubs}, while his opponent outkicked him with {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. How the hand would've played out had that Ace not replaced the {Q-Hearts} on the turn will remain one of life's mysteries.
