Curt Buettner of Wasilla, Alaska is one of 270 players still alive in today's field. Playing in his first ever World Series of Poker event, Curt has already outlasted almost 90% of the field.

Unfortunately, the cold of Alaska has followed him all the way to Las Vegas and has affixed itself to his cards. "They're ice cold," he told us, adding that he's won just one big pot all day long.
