Field Taking Shape

Here are some of the names we've seen thus far:

Annie Duke, Minh Ly, Marco Traniello, Dutch Boyd and Ted Forrest. There's a good chance we may get some late entries, as players bust out of the other events that are running simultaneously.

Bill Chen Ready to Defend his Title

Bill Chen won two WSOP bracelets in 2006 and one of them was in this very event (the other was for the $2,500 Short-handed No-Limit Hold'em event).

Chen has taken his seat in the Player's Pavilion, ready to try and win his second $3,000 Limit Hold'em tournament in as many years.

Event #34, the $3,000 Limit Hold'em tournament, is officially underway. All tables are currently being played in the Player's Pavilion, as a majority of the tables in the Amazon Room are being used by the Pot-Limit Omaha, Seven Card Stud, and Heads-Up Championship events.
