Mike Matusow Is Eliminated In 15th Place

Mike Matusow said, "It's time to triple-up or giddy-up!", and unfortunately for "The Mouth" it was the latter. He moved in the last of his chips after a {4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} flop and was called by Mike Henrich and John Guth. Matusow's {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Hearts} trailed Henrich's {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{10-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}, and when the board ran out {7-Spades}{3-Hearts}, Guth took the low, Henrich the high, and Matusow was done for the night.

As were Phil Hellmuth's hopes to collect a $500,000 bet from Phil Ivey if Matusow won the bracelet. When Mike was eliminated, Phil stopped the 2-hour massage he'd been having and the two quietly left the tournament area together.
