Jennifer Harman and Annie Duke just chopped a Stud Hi-Lo pot--a pot sweetened with the chips of a male player who maybe should've known better than mix it up with them. Annie took the Hi with a set of eights, Jennifer took the Lo with A-3-5-7-8...and their victim could only muster two pair.
There has already been some confusion over the presence of the dealer button at the table. In stud games, a button is neither used nor moved from player to player. Instead, the player with the lowest up-card must pay a forced "bring-in" bet, which starts the action.
"Don't move the button!" Men the Master exclaimed to his dealer. "Have you ever dealt stud before?"
David Benyamine broke into a run trying to get to his table before the first hand was dealt. As he arrived he knocked over his own chair as he tried to sit down. The dealer got ready to muck his hand when Benyamine said, "It's not my fault! The chair fell over!"
