Jeremiah Smith Sends Two Players Home

The short-stacked player under the gun open-raised all in. Jeremiah Smith flat called from middle position. When the action got around to the cutoff seat, he moved all in as well and Smith insta-called and flipped up his {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}. His rockets held up and he sent two players home and is now a force with just over 29,000 chips.

Lisandro Gets Healthy

Jeff Lisandro
Jeff Lisandro
After sitting tight much of the day, Jeff Lisandro just became involved in a multi-way all-in pot.

The first two players to act come in limping for 200, and a short-stacked player behind them decides to push in his remaining 1,300 chips. Action is folded around to Lisandro in the small blind, and he doesn't think long before he comes back over the top with an all-in move of his own.

The original limper, James McClendon, already has some calling chips cut out of his stack as the dealer counts down Lisandro's remaining 3,500. As soon as the math is done, McClendon puts in the call and the three men turn up their cards.

The short-stacked player shows {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, Lisandro has {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}, and McClendon is paired with {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}.

The board runs out {4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{4-Clubs}{K-Hearts}, as Lisandro nails his card on the river. After the hand, one player is eliminated, and Lisandro almost triples up to around 9,000.

Terrence Chan Dominating

Terrence Chan has been dominant at his table today and is yet to put a foot wrong. We caught a recent hand with around 7,000 already in the pot on a board of {Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Hearts}. Chan had put his opponent to a decision for all of his chips.

"Do you have aces?" the unknown player questioned. Chan responded with nothing but rock-like body language. The player eventually made a tough laydown and Chan raked in a huge pot to jump to around 18,000 in chips.
