Joe Hachem has been Eliminated

Joe Hachem
Joe Hachem
It was an early end to Joe Hachem's day as he raised to 250 from middle position and then, after the player in the cutoff called and the small blind reraised to 1,050, Hachem moved all in for his last 7,000 and was called by the small blind. Hachem had {J-Spades} {J-Hearts} to his opponent's {A-Clubs} {K-Spades}. The flop came {A-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} and Hachem wasn't able to catch up.

Hua Likes the Turn

C.K. Hua made it 300 to go from the cutoff preflop and was called by the button and the big blind. The flop came {3-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {4-Hearts} and the player from the big blind made it 1,650 to go. Hua moved all in for his remaining 8,200 and while the player on the button folded, the big blind made the call. Hua turned over {A-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} while his opponent showed {Q-Hearts} {Q-Clubs}. Hua hit the nut flush on the turn and doubled up.

Medic Eliminated

Nenad Medic was eliminated while holding pocket jacks. Things looked good for Medic on a flop of {J-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} {A-Spades} and when the {5-Hearts} hit on the turn, both he and his opponent got all their chips in the middle. Medic was happy with his jacks flopping a set, until he saw that his opponent had flopped a set of queens.

Wrong Seat for Antonio

Antonio Esfandiari
Antonio Esfandiari
Anna "Poker Pixie" Wroblewski showed up late to today's event only to find Antonio Esfandiari sitting in her seat. Antonio was supposed to be seated at Orange table 9, seat 9 and instead had been seated at table Blue 9, seat 9 - which was Wroblewski's seat.

Wroblewski called a floor over and the floor decided to give Wroblewski a fresh stack and move Antonio to his correct seat.
