Howard Lederer
Jorryt van Hoof raised to 5,500 under the gun and Ben Sprengers, Joe Monro and Howard Lederer (in the small blind) called. The flop came and Lederer moved all in for his last 37,000. It was folded around to Monro, who made the call with to Lederer's . The gave Monro more outs to go with his flush draw but it was the on the river that gave Monro the pot and eliminated Lederer just before the break.
Preflop, Eric Hicks led out for 10,000 and was raised all in by Adam Geyer. Hicks made the call for 65,000 and showed up against Geyer's .
The board came to give Hicks a pair of sevens on the river, which also gave Geyer a straight to the jack. Geyer's chip lead continues to grow, as he's now up to 390,000.
After a flop Blake Cahail bet 7,500 and Jan Heitmann raised to 24,000. Cahail pushed, Heitmann called, and Cahail's had to hold on against Heitmann's . The on the turn and on the river didn't deliver Heitmann's straight or flush and he was left with just 9,000. Cahail now has 130,000.
Adam Geyer knocked out yet another player as he and Ralph Perry got it all in before the flop, with Geyer holding pocket eights to Perry's A-J. Geyer flopped a set of eights and the board cruelly ran out A-A to give Perry trips to Geyer's full house. Geyer now has 335,000.
Ralph Perry raised to 7,000 and Adam Geyer called on the button. Amit Makhija raised to 25,000 from the small blind and when Perry folded Geyer again called. The flop came and Makhija led out for 20,000. Geyer raised to 43,000, Makhija moved in for 130,000, and Geyer called, showing to Makhija's . The board ran out and Makhija was eliminated as Geyer raked in a huge pot that pushed his stack up to 300,000.
Jason Tikijian moved all in for his remaining 45,000 preflop and Stephen O'Dwyer moved all in as well, shoving 95,000 in total. No one at the table called, leaving Tikijian and O'Dwyer all in and heads up. O'Dwyer held pocket queens to Tikijian's A-10. The queens held up for O'Dwyer and he's up to 140,000 after the hand.
On the button Justin Fitz raised to 6,200 and in the small blind Jorryt van Hoof reraised to 25,000. From the big blind Connor Allisen moved in for his last 15,000 and Fitz got out of the way.
Two rather modest hands were revealed-- for van Hoof and for Allisen. The flop gave van Hoof a pair and Allisen a straight draw, but the on the turn and on the river didn't help Allisen and he was eliminated. Van Hoof is up to 150,000.
Sarah Bilney moved all in from the button for her last 14,000 and Robert Zoellner called from the small blind. He had pocket threes to Bilney's , but Bilney hit on the flop and her hand held up as the and fell on the turn and river. She's up a bit past 30,000.
All the money went in before the flop, with Thomas Jean-Narc's pocket aces way ahead of Hildebranski's pocket eights. But pocket aces haven't been holding up very well today and this was another example, as the flop came and gave Hildebranski the set. Deuces fell on the turn and river and Jean-Narc was eliminated, while Hildebranski's stack grew to 170,000.
