Double or Nothing

Short stack Kyle Hegeman has just doubled up through Allen Cunningham. The pro opened the betting with a raise to 60,000, and when it came back to Hegeman, he moved all in for a total of 144,000. Cunningham was priced in, and he called with {J-Spades} {8-Clubs}. Hegeman loved the news; his {J-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} was well in command.

The board ran out {2-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {A-Hearts}, failing to improve Cunningham and doubling Hegeman's chip count. After the hand, he sits with 300,000 while Cunningham has dropped back to 460,000.

Jonathan Depa Eliminated in Sixth Place ($48,876)

With half his chips committed to the small blind, Jonathan Depa got the other half in, heads up against Max Pescatori. Depa held {6-?} {3-?} and was drawing live against the Italian's {K-?} {J-?}. The board hit Pescatori though, and he knocked out Depa when it came down {J-?} {Q-?} {4-?} {6-?} {10-?}.

Jonathan Depa put on a good show here today, and he will cash a check for close to $50,000 for his work over the last 36 hours.

Now We've Got Action

The all-ins are coming fast now.

Kyle Kloeckner opened to 72,000, and Greg Hurst came over the top for a total of 200,000, leaving himself 55,000 behind. When Kloeckner reraised, all the chips went into the middle. Kloeckner was holding {A-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} and Hurst was in good shape with his {A-Spades} {A-Hearts}.The board failed to improve Kloeckner as it ran out {Q-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} {10-Clubs}.

After that win, Hurst doubles up over 500,000, while Kloeckner is worked down to 371,000.

Not Done Yet

After taking that hit, Jonathan Depa didn't even have enough chips left to post a full small blind. He was all in from that spot for his last 11,000.

Kyle Kloeckner limped under the gun, and action passed around to Kyle Hegeman, who checked his option from the big. The flop came {K-Clubs} {10-Spades} {J-Clubs}. Hegeman check-folded to a 35,000-chip bet, and Kloeckner and the all-in Depa turn their hands over:

Depa: {7-Diamonds} {5-Hearts}
Kloeckner: {J-Spades} {10-Hearts}

This time, Depa got a little help, as the board ran out {Q-Spades}, {9-Hearts}, making both players a king-high straight, and staving off elimination for Depa, at least for the time being.

"He's ALLEN CUNNINGHAM!"

Opening the pot from the button, Allen Cunningham raises to 70,000. Max Pescatori folds in the small blind, but Jonathan Depa is not so easily pushed out. He asks for a count and considers his options for a moment, before announcing "Raise pot." The raise is just about enough to put Cunningham all in, as he has 214,000 remaining in front of him. After a few minutes, he puts the rest in, and Depa calls the small remainder. The hands are turned up:

Cunningham: {A-Clubs} {6-Clubs}
Depa: {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}

Cunningham is at risk and in deep trouble. The flop comes {4-Spades} {5-Spades} {2-Spades}. The turn is the {8-Diamonds}, opening up another couple outs for the pro. Wouldn't you know it, the river is the off-suit {7-Clubs}, making Cunningham his straight, and doubling him up to a healthy 580,000. Depa, meanwhile, watches as his chips are counted down, and is almost insulted when he gets his rebate: just 11,000 chips with which to keep playing.

Full Tilt Pros Trading Chips

We pick up the action on the turn in another heads-up pot between Max Pescatori and Allen Cunningham. The board read {6-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {K-Clubs} {6-Hearts}. Pescatori made a bet, and Cunningham raised it all in for 118,000, which was quickly called.

Pescatori: {6-?} {Q-?} {10-?} {9-?}
Cunningham: {6-?} {7-?} {4-?} {3-?}

Cunningham was out-kicked and at risk of elimination. He got what he needed though, as the river {5-?} made his straight, and doubled him up at the expense of the Italian Pirate.

Lennart Holtkamp Eliminated in 7th Place ($38,365)

Omaha -

From early position, Max Pescatori limped in, and he and both blinds saw a cheap flop. It came {K-Spades} {2-Spades} {8-Diamonds}. Greg Hurst checked, and Lennart Holtkamp bet out 21,000. Pescatori made the call, and the two men went heads up the rest of the way.

The turn brought the {A-Clubs}. Holtkamp checked it over this time, and Pescatori lead out with a bet of 75,000. The young Dutchman check-raised all in for another 165,000, and Pescatori slammed in the call. The hands were turned up:

Pescatori: {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs} {9-Spades} {9-Clubs}
Holtkamp: {A-Spades} {J-Spades} {5-Spades} {6-Hearts}

Holtkamp was looking for a non-repeating spade, but the {2-Hearts} on the river spelled the end for him. He is eliminated in seventh place, and has claimed his first WSOP cash, a very nice $38,365.
