Bubble Tactics

Bernard Lee has just had his stack go up to 106,000. The hand was three handed at the turn stage but one player bailed out so we're heads up at the river.

The board reads {9-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {10-Clubs}.

Lee bets 21,000 into his opponent who goes into the tank. He sits there for between twelve to fifteen minutes contemplating the call. He says someone should call the clock on him but no one is keen to do that with the bubble approaching. They are all cute enough to let him take as long as possible, thus slowing the game at their table and giving them an advantage over all other tables.

He eventually makes the call but mucks when he sees Lee's {8-Diamonds} {j-Diamonds} for the straight.
