Thomas Johnston Eliminated in 20th Place ($20,492)

Thomas Johnston moved all in as a shortstack in the dark and was called by Tex Barch. Barch showed pocket aces and Johnston opted not to reveal until the hand was over.

The board ran {A-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {J-Spades} {5-Clubs}, which looked bad for Johnston. Unless he held pocket jacks or pocket fives, he'd be eliminated. Johnston turned them over one at a time, showing a five first which sent a roar through the crowd sweating the table. However, the {10-Hearts} was his second card, which failed to help him beat Barch's full house.
