Ben Johnson Eliminated in 19th Place ($6,367)

Ben Johnson - 19th Place
Ben Johnson - 19th Place
Craig Sabel bet aggressively the whole way on a board of {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{K-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. Ben Johnson called and found himself all in on the turn while a third player called until the river where he eventually found a fold.

Sabel flipped over {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} for a turned full house, which was too good for Johnson who mucked his cards, stood, and headed to the cashier booth to collect his $6,367 in prize money for a 19th-place finish.

Into the Wee Hours of the Morning

It's now around two in the morning and the scene is about what you would expect at this time. The remaining three tables are off to the side with only a few media people, a couple of floor staff, and a few scattered railbirds. The noise level is at its lowest of the day. You can hear the clatter of chips from the players and even the cash game announcements from across the room. Things are winding down all over, but we will be here to bring you all the action as 16 more players need to be eliminated before we call it a day.
