Peter Marr Keeps on Stacking

Action folded to the cutoff seat who raised to 3,200. Peter Marr reraised to 10,500 and the cutoff shoved all in for 25,000. Marr made the call and showed {A-Diamonds} {10-Clubs}. He quickly found out he was behind when the cutoff showed {A-Spades} {K-Spades}.

The flop came {10-Spades} {8-Diamonds} {2-Clubs}. Marr, perhaps ashamed to come from behind, said, "I thought you were making a run at it...I'm sorry." To add insult to injury, the {10-Diamonds} came off on the turn. The river was meaningless and the eliminated player left with class. Marr chips up to about 86,000.
