Jason DeWitt is also out. He got in a preflop raising war with Nathan Templeton and wound up with his whole stack in the middle in bad shape: his {A-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} against Templeton's {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts}. Both players paired their kickers, Templeton on the flop and DeWitt on the river. Templeton's pair of kings won the hand.
