Orel Hershiser Finally Succumbs

After being almost down to the felt before making a big comeback, Orel Hershiser was eliminated just before the dinner break. After a {4-Hearts}

flop it was checked around to Hershiser, who bet 3,000. Stan Jablonski then raised from the small blind to 10,000 and after two others folded Orel made the call.

The turn was the {K-Spades}

, Jablonski made a 6,000 bet and Hershiser moved all in. Stan called and showed that he'd flopped a flush with {7-Hearts}

. Hershiser held {K-Diamonds}

and needed another heart to remain in the tournament, but the river brought the {10-Diamonds}

and that was the end. Hershiser gave Stan the autographed baseball he was using as a card protector and conducted a quick interview with ESPN's cameras before making his way out of the Amazon Room.
