Weiler - chip monster
Terry Stewart has lost a pretty chunky pot to chip leader Zackary Weiler, recently moved to his table.
They saw an flop and Weiler checked. Stewart bet 10,000, Weiler made it 26,000, and Stewart called.
Both player checked the turn and the river Weiler bet out 40,000. Stewart considered his options for a long time. "You have a king?" enquired Weiler. He didn't, but eventually he made the call.

Stewart is down to 132,000, while Weiler increases his stack to 375,000.
Phil Hellmuth raised to 7,000 from the cutoff only for Tommy Pope to push for his last 40,000 or so from the big blind. A call, an outdraw, and Pope is gone, while Hellmuth is up to 135,000.
Captain Tom not happy
Jason Mercier raised to 5,900 and both Tom Franklin and another player in the big blind called.
They saw a flop and it checked to Franklin on the button who bet 11,000. The gent on the bog blind immediately moved in for 59,300 total and Mercier got out of there quickly; Franklin, however, took his time before folding pocket up. His opponent rewarded him by showing him for the flopped flush.
Phil Hellmuth is on fire -- he's up 155,000 after knocking out Cody Shedd. In a three-way limped pot, Hellmuth bet 4,000 on a flop. Shedd raised all in for around 25,000, the other guy folded, and and Hellmuth called.
Jason Mercier raised to 5,900, only for Patrick Stemper to make it 14,800. Mercier tanked for a while, before making it 39,100. Stemper moved all in -- and Mercier snap-called for his last 171,900.

Mercier still ahead.
Turn:
Wah! Stemper hit his jack! Mercier stood up to leave.
River: !
"He made a straight," said someone, entirely unnecessarily. Mercier is up to 349,800, while former chip leader Stemper is down to just 33,000.
Whether players dined at the Poker Kitchen or, like some of the luckier bloggers, managed to make it over to the Rio for prime rib, cards are back in the air and the carnage continues.
