Um... Read the Schedule, Man

We won't give away his name, but a gentleman in a red shirt just realized that no, this event is not a $10K Mixed HOLD'EM event, but a $10K Mixed GAMES event. He is currently attempting to get a refund on his buy-in, despite having played several rounds.

Huckleberry Seed opened the action with a raise, David Chiu called, the small blind called and Chino Rheem called from the big blind.

Chino Rheem showed {A-Clubs} {8-Clubs} {7-Spades} {6-Diamonds} for an eight-high straight and 6-5-4-3-A for low to scoop the pot. He's up to 36,400 in chips.

John Juanda (X) (X) {A-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {J-Spades} (X)
Shawn Buchanan (X) (X) {Q-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {A-Hearts} {2-Clubs} (X)

We picked this hand up on fourth street, Buchanan betting out with his open pair of queens. Buchanan kept his foot on the gas, leading out on fifth, sixth, and seventh streets, Juanda calling him down.

Buchanan showed {Q-Spades} {2-Hearts} for queens full of deuces and took down the pot.

Tayls, You Lose

The flop was {9-Spades} {4-Clubs} {3-Clubs}, Arieh bet 6,500 and Taylor made the call. Both players then checked the {10-Spades} turn and {K-Hearts} river.

Arieh turning over the {A-Diamonds} {K-Spades} which had just pippped Taylor's {J-Clubs} {J-Diamonds}

Lakers Game Please

Mike Matusow, never one to shy away from voicing his opinion, has been asking to watch the Lakers game for the last hour or so.

He's wanting the staff to at least put one TV in the area for the players.

He's not alone, Erick Lindgren and couple of other pros are asking for it too.
