Ivey Doubles

Phil Ivey raised from the button, the small blind three-bet and Ivey called. Ivey drew three cards while the small blind drew one. The small blind bet out and Ivey called all in for 4500. On the next two draws the small blind drew one while Ivey drew two.
"Pair" said the small blind.
Ivey turned up J-6-5-4-2 and took it down, doubling his stack to 8,000.
