Boudreau Takes a Beat

Kevin Boudreau made it 11,000 to go, and got re-raised to 38,000 by David Pham. Boudreau made the call and we saw a flop of {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs} before Boudreau check-raised all in after Pham led out for 50,000.

Pham called and showed {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} while Boudreau showed ace-jack and bricked out when the board came {7-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}. The hand left Boudreau with just 95,000 and Pham with 405,000.

With the board reading {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs}, the action was with Amit Makhija who moved all in with Fabian Quoss making the call.

Makhija showed down {K-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for top pair, but trailed Quoss with the overpair holding {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}. The river landed the {7-Hearts} and Makhija is eliminated in 53rd place as Quoss rakes in a big pot to move up to 690,000 chips.
