The Maven On the Up

A player in mid position raised it up and found both blinds calling including David Chicotsky in the SB. The flop came {10-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {J-Hearts} and was bet by the MP player before Chicotsky moved all in. The big blind player then surprisingly called but the MP player folded.

Chicotsky tabled {K-Diamonds} {K-Spades} to the BB's {A-Spades} {J-Diamonds}. The turn came {5-Spades} and river {2-Spades} to confirm Chicotsky as the winner and the owner of a 90,000 stack.

Yeh: {A-Diamonds} {K-Clubs}
Big blind: {8-Hearts} {8-Diamonds}

Board: {10-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {A-Spades} {7-Spades} {Q-Diamonds}

Yeh, who'd dropped a little in the first couple of levels of play today, is back up to 111,000.

Carroll Yoyo-ing

Cory Carroll was heads-up with a player at the turn stage with the board reading {10-Diamonds} {9-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} {3-Spades}. He check-called a 10,300 bet before the river came {8-Hearts}. This time he snap-called a 25,000 bet but mucked upon seeing the {J-Clubs} {10-Clubs} of his opponent. That put him down to 25,000.

Shortly afterwards he was up to 140,000 after making another snap call to a preflop all in bet. This time he held {A-Spades} {K-Spades} to his opponent's {A-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}. The board ran {K-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {A-Clubs}.

Horner Makes a Recovery

Brent Horner has enjoyed an impressive comeback, and is now on a very comfortable 150,000 stack.

First of all he got involved in a blind-on-blind confrontation holding {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. He and his opponent saw a {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} flop and all the chips went in -- his opponent was holding {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}, the {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} held up and he was up to 61,000.

Then Horner's kings versus queens put him up to 122,000, and a few small pots since then have put him up to 150,000.

Aditya Intervenes

The flop was out and read {9-Clubs} {10-Spades} {7-Spades} and Aditya "intervntion" Agarwal raised an opponent all in and received a call. He held {K-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} and would need to catch his double gutter as he was up against {A-Hearts} {A-Diamonds}.

The turn came {K-Diamonds} and river {Q-Hearts} to make the straight for Agarwal and see his stack grow to 130,000.

Enter the Dragan

Dragan
Dragan Galic, who recently was chip leader all the way through the San Remo EPT before busting out in 5th place, is now up to 150,000 after busting Eddylee Martin.

No Slip Up

British former soap star, Michael Greco has just tripled up to 72,000. He was sitting in the BB and checked his option after two players limped. The {6-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} {10-Spades} flop brought about lot's of action with all three of them moving in.

Greco had {10-Clubs} {6-Spades} that was ahead of his opponents's {K-Clubs} {5-Clubs} and {K-Spades} {J-Spades}. The turn {8-Spades} and river {2-Clubs} kept it that way and Greco celebrated by clapping his hands together.

Man from Down Under Goes Under

Australian online pro Stephen Leonard is bust. He was all in on the river of a {6-?} {A-?} {3-?} {2-?} {Q-?} board and his opponent turned over {4-?} {5-?} for the nuts; Leonard mucked. The dealer tried to make him show his hand on the grounds that he was all in and all-in players have to show their cards, but Leonard threw his hand into the muck and a discussion began among the other players at the table over whether he should have had to show while Leonard was waiting for the floorman with his payout slip. Either way, he didn't and he's out.
