No Change

We're still on the same small-ball game with pots alternating in which direction they travel. The last two pots went to Guillen with the preflop three bet taking the first one. He made a wheel on the river on the second one but only called a river bet from Paasonen.

Small One for Guillen

Mika Paasonen raises to 200,000 and Guillen calls from the big blind before check-calling 300,000 on the {K-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {4-Hearts} flop. Both players check the {7-Hearts} turn and {2-Clubs} river before Guillen shows a very slowly played {K-Clubs} {Q-Spades} to win the pot.

First Hand Back All In

In the first hand back Guillen limped from the button to see Paasonen move all in and get snapped off.

Showdown

Guillen -- {A-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts}
Paasonen -- {A-Clubs} {5-Spades}

The board came {J-Spades} {K-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} {5-Clubs} {6-Spades}

The three outer on the turn keeps this long heads up match going and gets Passonen right back in this with 3,360,000 to Guillen's 5,740,000.

No Showdowns

It's all become very much a raise/fold game now. Paasonen has managed to stem the tide from Guillen but it's still going to be very difficult as he's now 4:1 down in chips.

Finn-ished?

Meanwhile the Finnish railbirds are a lot more nervous, all sitting very quietly at the moment and barely saying a word.

Guillen seems to win all the big pots, he just check-called a bet on the turn of a {Q-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} {9-?} {7-Diamonds} board before both checked the river. Guillen showed {Q-Diamonds} {6-Clubs} to win another pot.

Preflop Control

The last ten minutes has seen Angel Guillen keep control of this battle. The last four times Paasonen has min raised from the button only to lay down to a three-bet from Guillen. Is he trying to set something up or just getting outplayed? Time will tell

Guillen has 7,000,000 to Paasonen's 2,100,000.

Guillen Continues to be in Control

Mexican Wave
Mexican Wave
Angel Guillen raised to 125,000 and Mika Paasonen made it 425,000, only for the Mexican to make it a cool 1,000,000. Paasononen folded quickly, the Guillen fanclub went wild.

Guillen then called a 250,000 bet on the turn of a {2-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {J-Spades} board from Paasonen before the Finn checked the draw-making {A-Clubs} on the river. Guillen bet 430,000 and Paasonen passed, only to be shown Guillen's {8-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} which prompted more Mexican cheering.
