Andrew Youngblood Eliminated in 6th Place ($89,222)

Andrew Youngblood - 6th Place
Andrew Youngblood - 6th Place
It started out as a quiet little blind-vs.-blind hand. But adventure awaited.

The table had folded around to Jonas Klausen who completed from the small blind, and Andrew Youngblood checked his option. The flop came {9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, and Klausen led with a bet of 75,000. Youngblood quickly raised to 420,000, Klausen just as rapidly reraised all in, and Youngblood snap-called.

Klausen turned over {7-Spades}{5-Spades} for a flopped straight, while Youngblood turned over {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} for a set of sixes. The turn was the {A-Spades}, and the river was the {5-Hearts}, and suddenly Youngblood is out in 6th. Klausen now has 4,400,000.
