Rouhani Loses One, Then Wins One

Farzad Rouhani had a little bit of a roller coaster ride a few minutes ago. First, he involved himself in a hand with Jeff Lisandro. Lisandro was showing three diamonds and a low draw. Rouhani had a pair of sixes on board. After seventh, Lisandro fired into Rouhani, who showed his hand. All he had was a pair of sixes. He muttered to himself that he knew he had the best hand, but let it go anyway.

"I'll show you one," said Lisandro. He then turned over the {Q-Clubs} and said, "I can only show you that one."

The pot cost Rouhani about 75,000 from his stack.

On the next hand, Rouhani got it all back when he scooped a big pot from Perry Friedman. Friedman mucked his hand after Rouhani showed him two pair, kings and jacks. Perry was left with about 160,000 and Rouhani got all his chips back and then some from the previous hand.
