Miracle Cure

Phong Huynh, who was down to 39,000 a little while ago has, in the space of three hands, catapulted up to 730,000.

The first hand, he pushed blind with {Q-?} {J-?} and got two callers. He managed to make a full house by the turn to more than triple up. The next hand, he pushed with {Q-?} {10-?} and ran into an opponent's pair of aces that had made a set on the flop. No worries for Huynh though, as he turned a straight. The third hand saw him win a race with pocket nines versus {A-?} {10-?}.

Sick spin-up.

DOA

Jack Powell has been knocked out by Nathan Mullen. Powell pushed with {J-?} {8-?} and got called by Nathan Muller in the big blind with a less than stellar {10-Hearts} {3-Hearts}. The board comes {2-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {3-?} {A-Clubs} {10-Spades} and the last English player in the tournament goes out in 30th winning $22,671.

No More Breeden

Danny Fuhs raised to 50,000 from mid position before Robert Breeden moved in for 150,000 more. Fuhs called with {Q-?} {J-?} and was happy to see his hand live against Breedan's {A-?} {10-?}.

The board came {6-?} {8-?} {9-?} {10-?} {10-?} to leave Breeden drawing dead by the turn. He's get's $ 22,671 for finishing in 28th place. Fuhs up to 1,500,000 now.

Redraw Once More

We're down to 27 players now so we're redrawing again and moving all three remaining tables into the Amazon Room. They'll be a short break while all this is taken care of.
