That's Chau You Do It!

Chau Giang
Chau Giang
The action was always going to be fast and furious on a flop of {J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{5-Diamonds} in a hand between Ernst Schmejkal and Chau Giang.

Giang's last chips were in the middle with {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds} for a set of nines and flush draw, as he was in great shape against the underset of Schmejkal with {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{3-Clubs}.

The turn was the {8-Hearts} and river the {K-Diamonds} and Giang makes the flush to double up to 215,000 with Schmejkal back down to 131,000.

Ochana Lays Down Full House to Lederer

After calling a 60,000-chip bet on the turn, Edward Ochana was faced with an all-in bet from his opponent Howard Lederer with the board reading {8-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{5-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}.

"I can only beat the nut flush," sighed Ochana as he went into the tank with the huge decision.

Ochana eventually found a fold and flashed {Q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-?}-X for the full house as Lederer raised his eyebrows at the big laydown. Lederer raked in the pot and claimed to have {Q-?}{10-?}{9-?}{8-?} which would mean Ochana made a great laydown.

Lederer is up to 345,000.

Keston's Huge Hand Gets There

In a limped pot on a flop of {5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} Robin Keston fired out a bet of 20,000 from the big blind before Ferit Gabriellson made it around 100,000. The table folded around to Keston who insta-called for his last chips.

"My hand is so huge!" exclaimed Keston and tabled {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} for a straight with redraws, as Gabriellson showed a similar {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}.

The turn was {Q-Spades} and the river the {J-Clubs} to give Keston a straight to the queen to scoop the pot. He's up to 345,000 with Gabriellson slipping to under 600,000.
