David Baker Eliminated in 14th ($14,714)

David Baker raised to 22,000 from UTG and Matt Woodward reraised to 60,000 from the button. Baker shoved for 110,000 quickly and Woodward made the call with {A-Clubs} {5-Clubs} and Baker flipped {A-Spades} {A-Diamonds}.

The board came {8-Spades} {4-Hearts} {6-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {8-Diamonds} and Woodward pulled a face like he'd just broken someone's valuable vase. Baker was eliminated

I'm going to ask Matt to pick my lottery numbers.

Woodward's Lucky Escape

Now the short stacks just refuse to die. Latest to double up is Matt Woodward, all in with {A-Spades} {9-Spades} against Hasan Habib's {K-Clubs} {K-Hearts}. Woodward managed to catch a lucky river to stay alive when the board came {2-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} {A-Diamonds}

Using the Schwartz...

Ylon Schwartz made it three bets from the small blind against John McGuiness' raise before getting his last 23,000 in on the {J-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} {2-Clubs} flop with {7-Spades} {7-Diamonds} against {A-Clubs} {5-Clubs}. The turn {2-Spades} and river {8-Spades} were bricks and another shorty doubles through.

Serbine Doubles

In a capping war between Oleg Serbine and Randy Haddox, the former was all in for 48,000 with {K-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} but spiked a king against his opponent's {A-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} on the {5-Diamonds} {9-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {6-Hearts} board to put him back over 100,000.

Play Really Slowing...

It's been a very quiet hour or so since Hougaard's exit. The only thing occuring was Ylon Schwartz losing a few chips to Karlo Lopez holding {A-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} on a {9-Hearts} {6-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds} {2-Hearts} {Q-Spades} board, but Lopez' {9-Spades} {7-Spades} stayed good.

Lopez Nearly Gets the Hump

Karlo Lopez raises preflop, and Zachary Humphrey reraises out of the blinds.

Lopez calls and Humphrey bets out on the {Q-Spades} {4-Clubs} {2-Hearts} flop. Lopez raises and after a serious think, Humphrey makes the call.

The turn is the {K-Spades} and Humphrey check-raises the turn before moving in on the {2-Diamonds} river. He shows {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} and Lopez sighs, "Nice turn..."

Lopez is down to 300,000
