Bickel's Backdoor Flush

Michael Bickel called all in for about 4,000 against Karlo Lopez's {J-Hearts} {J-Clubs}, holding {Q-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds}. The flop came {J-Spades} {5-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} and things looked pretty bleak to say the least, but the {9-Diamonds} on the turn and the {K-Diamonds} river provide a miracle escape and allowed him to double up instead.

Billard Gets Snookered

With betting capped preflop, all of Francois Billard's money went in on the {6-Diamonds} {2-Hearts} {8-Spades} board with {5-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} against Joe Kuether's {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} but the turn was a fatal bullet, the {A-Diamonds} and the river was the {K-Diamonds} and Billard goes out in 45th place.

Suffering A Blackout...

David Black has been knocked out by Kirill Rabtsov, Black held {A-Spades} {4-Hearts} against the Russian's {A-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds}. The board came {J-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} {6-Clubs}. Black had made his pair but Rabtsov had the flush to eliminate him.

Don't Stop Til You Get Enough

Michael Goldberg has been knocked out during the limit after getting all in from the small blind against Joe Kuether's UTG raise. Goldberg had the live {J-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds} but Kuether's {A-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} stayed ahead the whole way of the {A-Hearts} {8-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {5-Spades} {5-Hearts} board.

Kuether is up to 110,000 but he'll need to get some more chips to catch up with chip leader Barry Greenstein.

You Wait For One Bus...

And then three come along at once...

After a long grind, three players have been eliminated in the same hand. Bryan Devonshire was knocked out by Randy Haddox when the latter's {A-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} triumphed over Devonshire's {A-Hearts} {Q-Spades} on a {5-Hearts} {7-Hearts} {5-Spades} {5-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} board.

Klein Bach got knocked out on another table too, and to top it off Charles Teplitz was knocked out by Casey McCarrel holding {A-Spades} {9-Hearts}, but outkicked by McCarrel's {A-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs} on a {7-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {2-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} board.
