We caught the action on the flop of {8-Clubs}

with Brandon Cantu firing out a bet of 31,500. Perry Friedman then moved all in and Cantu called.

Friedman: {Q-Hearts}

Cantu:

The turn landed the {J-Spades}

and Cantu yelled out, "really high card!" as he saw the {8-Diamonds}

peel on the river to see Friedman head to the rail as Cantu soars to 525,000 in chips.

Lindestad (Steel) Wheeled Out

Our PokerNews reporter quickly ran over to see the commotion on table five and found that Einar Lindestad had just been sent packing.

The board read {2-Spades}

and the only cards visible were Tommy Vedes' {A-Spades}

for a flopped Steel Wheel.

Lindestad exited to the rail as the tournament closes in on the final four tables.

Boeken Doubles Pharo

Joe Pharo opened to 10,500 and found callers in Noah Boeken and Sean Getzwiller.

The flop landed {2-Clubs}

and Pharo moved all in for his last 9,000. Boeken re-potted all in to prompt a fold from Getzwiller and the cards were tabled.

The board ran out running Queens in the {Q-Spades}

and

to see Pharo scoop a double to 50,000 as Boeken slipped to 77,000 in chips.

King Doubles

Jeff King has enjoyed a double up at the hands of chip leader Brandon Cantu.

King held {J-Hearts}

to Cantu's {A-Spades}

when all the money went in on the {J-Diamonds}

flop.

The turn fell the {A-Hearts}

to increase Cantu's outs to make a high hand, but when the river landed the {6-Hearts}

, King doubled through to 60,000 as Cantu slipped just a tad.

As the pot was pushed, Perry Friedman chipped in, "How do you miss five outs!"

No Cantu Mistake Here

If you head over to our Chip Counts page you may think we have made a mistake.

However we haven't.

Brandon Cantu is indeed sitting with 450,000 after taking down two opponents in back-to-back hands with Aaron Kanter and Trevor Reader feeling the full force of the Cantu wrecking ball!

Now you may be thinking, so what if Cantu does have 450,000 . . . well the next best sits with only 180,000 while the majority of the field only has 30-40,000 chips.

Cipolla held {K-?}

and two danglers to DeGreef's {A-?}

and two danglers.

The board bricked out and DeGreef's aces held to send Cipolla to the payout booth.

Hellmuth Clipped By Boeken

Phil Hellmuth opened to 6,600 from early position and with the action on Noah Boeken in the big blind he said, "OK let's gamble," and threw in the chips to make the call.

The flop fell down {3-Diamonds}

and Boeken checked his cards again before starring intently at the board.

Hellmuth took his chance to look at his hand again before asking, "What has he done?"

Boeken pondered for another minute or so before announcing pot and cutting down a bet of 14,400 to see an insta-muck from Hellmuth and muttering rant undetected to our PokerNews reporter.

A few moments later, Hellmuth added, "Today someone is going to give me a big stack of chips!" before continuing with, "Nice hand buddy," as Boeken raked. He's up over 100,000 as Hellmuth slipped back to 45,000 in chips.
