Aces Cost Iacofano 10,000

Sure, we may have been standing by to see if either Phil Ivey or Marco Traniello decided to get involved in a big hand or two, but we ended up getting treated to a big one with Avi Mukherjee and Kevin Iacofano.

Mukherjee raised from middle position and Iacofano was the only one to make the call. On a flop of {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades}, Iacofano check-raised Mukherjee, who called.

The turn fell {4-Spades} and this time Iacofano led out with a bet, and then called after Mukherjee raised. The river was the {j-Hearts} and Iacofano check-called one last bet from Mukherjee, who showed {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}. Iacofano took a 10,500 hit with the lost pot.
